Thai stir fried noodles straight from the streets of Thailand made at home!
Super easy to make in a snap!

INGREDIENTS

Stir Fried Noodles
Rice Noodles 120g (2 nests)
 Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp
Light Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
Coconut Sugar 1 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves 2 pieces
Tofu (cubed) 150g
Broccoli florets 100g
Bell Pepper 1 piece
Cherry Tomatoes 4 pieces
Baby Corns 60g
Mushrooms 60g

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir Fried Noodles

Cook the rice noodles

Boil the rice noodles for about 5 minutes until they’re soft. Drain the noodles and then rinse them thoroughly with cold water, this will prevent them from cooking further and becoming too soft to use.

Stir Fried Noodles

Prepare the seasoning sauce

In a glass jar combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.

Stir fry the vegetables

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add garlic, tofu, broccoli florets, bell peppers, baby corn, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Stir Fried Noodles

Add noodles and seasoning sauce

Stir in rice noodles and seasoning sauce. Stir fry until cooked through and serve immediately.
