Pad Thai Noodles

Pad Thai is a stir-fried noodle dish and is probably the most famous Thai street food. A fast & easy Pad Thai Recipe flavored with Thai spices and tamarind.

INGREDIENTS

Pad Thai ingredients
Pad Thai Noodles kit 1 pack
 Prawns (peeled, deveined) 8 pieces
Egg 1 piece
Lime 1 piece
Cherry tomatoes (quartered) 5 pieces
Coriander (chopped) 1 bunch
Bean sprouts 1 bunch

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the noodles

Boil the rice noodles (included in the noodles kit) in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes (until slightly soft). Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to prevent them from cooking further, and then keep aside.

Stir-fry the prawns

Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan on a high heat. Stir-fry prawns until almost cooked through, and then crack the egg into the pan. Keep stirring both the prawns and egg around the pan until they’re both cooked through.

Add noodles & sauce

Add the noodles and mix in the Pad Thai sauce (included in the noodles kit) in the pan. Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes until all the ingredients are all mixed in well together.

Plate your dish

Serve your Pad Thai straight from the pan and garnish with crunchy bean sprouts, a handful of fresh coriander and lime wedges.
