Tom Yam blend | 1 tsp |
Onion | ½ piece |
Radish | ½ piece |
Carrot | ½ piece |
Celery | 2 stalks |
Zucchini | ½ piece |
Button mushrooms | 50g |
Cherry Tomatoes | 8 pieces |
Bean sprouts | 30g |
Coconut Milk | 180ml |
Lime | 1 piece |
Prepare the stock
Dissolve 1 broth stock cube into 1000ml of boiling water.
Add SIAM Seasoning.
Add 1 tsp of Tom Yam blend in the boiling stock.
Add the veggies
Stir in the sliced vegetables of your choice such as onion, carrot, zucchini, celery or button mushrooms.
Cover and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in coconut milk
Add 180ml of coconut milk.
The coconut milk gives it a little more thickness and flavor.
Add the seasoning
Add a pinch of salt and some lime juice.
Plate your dish
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot in bowls.
