Oyster sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Light soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Fish sauce | 2 tsp |
Wok oil with chilies | 1 Tbsp |
Coconut Sugar | 2 tsp |
Rice noodles | 200g |
Chicken breast | 200g |
Garlic clove | 4 pieces |
Dried chilies | 3 pieces |
Baby corns | 6 pieces |
Broccoli | 2 florets |
Fresh basil | 1 bunch |
Cook the rice noodles
Boil the rice noodles for about 5 minutes until they’re soft. Drain the noodles and then rinse them thoroughly with cold water, this will prevent them from cooking further and becoming too soft to use.
Prepare the sauce
In a bowl combine together oyster sauce, light soy sauce and fish sauce.
Prepare the chili paste
Crush together garlic with dried chilies.
Stir fry the meat
Heat 1 Tbsp wok oil with chili in a pan. Stir fry the chili paste until the garlic turns brown. Add minced chicken and minced veggies.
Add noodles and seasoning
Add cooked noodles. Stir the sauce and 2 tsp of coconut sugar. Simmer until cooked through.
Plate your dish
Garnish basil, mix well and serve hot.
