Pad Thai sauce | 1 pack |
Chicken breast | 300g |
Tortilla chips | 1 bag |
Emmental / Cheddar cheese | 300g |
Coriander (chopped) | 1 bunch |
Simmer the Pad Thai sauce
Simmer the Pad Thai sauce over medium heat before mixing in the shredded cooked chicken.
Place in a baking dish with nachos
Spread the nachos out on a baking dish, sprinkle on the chicken and sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese
Sprinkle a good layer of shredded Emmental and Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the oven
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for anywhere between 5-15 minutes until cheese has melted and everything is heated through. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Recette originale et très bonne. Meilleur avec des légumes (carottes, brocoli, poivron, oignon, gingembre, oignon vert) cuits avec le mélange au poulet. J’ai mis du cheddar, du Leerdammer light et du gruyère, que j’ai parsemés de pousses de soja, cacahuètes et oignons frits. Très bon également avec des linguine ou des nouilles à la place des nachos.
